New Agent Training
Our firm is currently seeking a few new agents who will be trained in a one-on-one year-long apprenticeship program.
Our experience is that our firm is best suited for self-motivated gregarious people who are genuinely interested in the clients they would serve, are interested in the history and issues of the areas they would serve, and are accustomed to overcoming challenges.

Experienced agents may wish to consider our thoughtful plan.
Our program is currently based on the "remote" agent model, although we encourage use of the Monument Circle office and have a limited number of "in-house" desks available. If you choose not to visit the office regularly, we will deliver your mail to a North Side drop-off each week for your convenience.
Monthly agent fees are $375, with no per-transaction or additional fees. The fee includes a rather extensive list of benefits. In addition, the firm is the first and only local firm to be affiliated with the Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate international network.
