GB Landrigan's work has primarily involved the sale of properties on the North Side and Downtown areas of the metropolitan Indianapolis area.
His strengths include the history and architectural knowledge that make the neighborhoods of Washington Township and Downtown so popular. In addition to selling over twenty five properties on historic North Meridian Street alone, he has been involved in countless others in Meridian-Kessler, Butler-Tarkington, Arden, Williams Creek, Meridian Hills, Washington Township, Geist, Zionsville, and Carmel.
A seventh-generation Hoosier, he is also a third-generation REALTOR, following the work of his late father and grandfather. Over the years he has enjoyed working with several civic and professional groups. He served on the board of the MIBOR REALTOR Association, currently serves on MIBOR's Professional Standards Committee (Ethics), is a member of the National Association of Realtors' (NAR) Residential Real Estate Council, and has earned his CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Landrigan has also been awarded the Five-Star Professional Award each year since 2011.
He has also been a commissioner on the Meridian Street Preservation Commission, is a past president of Indianapolis Early Music and The Dramatic Club, and has also served on the boards of the Meridian Street Foundation, Butler-Tarkington Neighborhood Association, Contemporary Club, Crown Hill Historical Society, and the Beta Theta Pi Housing Corporation at Wabash College.
A graduate of Wabash College, his interests include Indianapolis and Russian history, historic preservation and renewal, architecture, and design.
