Home sales drop nearly 26% in metro area The Indianapolis Star,  12 December 2007 Home sales in the 13-county Central Indiana region dropped by 25.9 percent in November compared with the same period in 2006, according to new preliminary statistics from realtors Landrigan & Co.  The Indianapolis firm also noted in its monthly report that the average sales price for the two comparison periods fell by 5.12 percent. Final statistics will be released by the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors at the end of the month. (Star report)
