Conrad unit tops '08 sales

Indianapolis - Most of the priciest residences sold through July in the 13-county metro area again are in Boone and Hamilton counties, but a $2.76 million private residence at the Conrad Hotel in Downtown Indianapolis is No. 1 this year, according to new figures from Landrigan & Co. Realtors. The Conrad sale was followed by $2.175 million for a property at Viking Meadows in Westfield, $2.16 million for Springs of Cambridge in Fishers and $2 million for The Woodlands, Zionsville.
