Gretchen Witt specializes in the brokerage of fine homes and properties on the North Side and suburban areas of Indianapolis.
She joined Landrigan & Company in 2008 and was awarded the Silver Circle Production Award in 2014. Gretchen maintains memberships in the Indiana Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors.
A 1985 graduate of Purdue University, she began her career in retail management. Gretchen held various management positions with The Wholesale Club, Carson Pirie Scott Department Store and Lifetime Hoan Corporation in Indianapolis, Minneapolis and Chicago. She also attended the Universidad de Complutese (Madrid, Spain).
Moving back to Indianapolis in 2000, she and her husband purchased a home in the Meridian-Kessler area. Gretchen is the third generation to reside in the Indianapolis area.
Past civic organizations include Children Museum Guild Haunted House, Orchard School parent association board, Susan B. Koman Race for the Cure marketing committee and Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority alumni group. This year, Gretchen was the co-chair of the 20th Annual Indianapolis Garden Walk.
Gretchen and her husband enjoy cheering for their two sons on the soccer field and basketball court throughout the year.
